Holy Grounds Coffee Return Policy (USA)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only unopened items qualify for return. Once a bag of coffee is opened, it is considered non-returnable due to food safety and quality standards.

To start a return, please contact us at holygroundscoffees@gmail.com. Once we receive your return request, we will review it and do our best to send you a prepaid return shipping label within 48 business hours, along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund (including original shipping cost) once the return is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For all other returns (change of mind, wrong flavor preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened coffee, ground coffee, or any perishable food/drink products
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible (unopened) item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
