Cowboy Blend is dark-and-medium — cocoa, caramel, vanilla — the workhorse you can leave on. Breakfast Blend is a lighter South American morning cup: walnut, mild apple, raisin, toffee. House Blend is the medium Central and South American counter coffee, including a 5 lb bag for church kitchens and offices. African Kahawa Blend is a medium-dark roast with toffee, chocolate, and cherry.
